This Shipping Policy details our shipping rates, delivery areas, processing timelines, and transit procedures to ensure a transparent experience from order placement to final delivery.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
To maintain high service standards, we ship exclusively to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or international locations. Additionally, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. All orders must be provided with a valid physical street address at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer clear and transparent flat shipping rates based on your order total:
For orders of $90.00 and above, standard shipping is Free.
For orders under $90.00, a flat shipping fee of $9.00 applies.
All shipping fees are calculated automatically and clearly displayed on the checkout page before you finalize your payment. We enforce a strict policy of zero hidden handling charges or unexpected fees.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Your total estimated delivery window is determined by adding order processing time and shipping transit time:
Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (3-8 business days) = Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-11 business days
Order Processing Time:1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time:3-8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery Time:4-11 business days (Monday to Friday)
Please note that our daily order cutoff time is 3:00 PM (EST/EDT). Orders placed before 3:00 PM will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time, or during weekends and U.S. Federal holidays, will begin processing on the next available business day.
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, a shipping confirmation email containing an active carrier tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking logistics data to fully activate within the carrier’s network. Depending on item availability, orders containing multiple storage organizers may occasionally ship in separate packages, resulting in split deliveries at no additional cost to you.
Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. Avioralexen is not responsible for shipment losses, delays, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If your carrier tracking status indicates Delivered but you have not received your package, please check around your property, verify with household members or neighbors, and contact the local shipping carrier to open an investigation. Please also notify us at sale@avioralexen.com so our support team can assist you throughout the tracking resolution.
Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your items arrive damaged during transport, please report the issue to our customer support team at sale@avioralexen.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photographs of the damaged product, and photos of the outer shipping box with the carrier shipping label visible. We will swiftly arrange a free replacement or full refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
