At Avioralexen, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our Foldable Storage Boxes, Organizer Containers, Laundry Hampers, and Storage Cubes. If you need to return an item, please read our policies below. We handle all returns and refunds under these transparent guidelines.
Return Window & Eligibility
We provide a return window of 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be brand-new, unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original retail packaging with all tags intact.
Due to the physical characteristics of our products, please note:
Fabric, felt, or canvas items that exhibit structural distortion, soil marks, or heavy stretching from use cannot be accepted.
Any item returned with missing components, or missing its original retail packaging, will be deemed ineligible for a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at sale@avioralexen.com within 2 days of delivery. In these cases, Avioralexen will take full responsibility: we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email, and you will receive a 100% full refund or a free replacement, based on your preference.
How to Initiate a Return
Important: You must contact us at sale@avioralexen.com to obtain an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the dedicated return warehouse address before shipping any items back. Do not ship packages back to the address listed on your original shipping label. Please note that our Address listed below is for administrative purposes only and does not accept or process physical product returns. Any return shipped without an active RMA number, or sent to our administrative address, will be refused and is not eligible for a refund.
When requesting an RMA, please provide your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for the return. Once your request is verified within 1-3 business days, our support team will provide you with the active RMA code and the correct shipping destination.
Return Shipping Costs
Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for your return:
Merchant Responsibility (Defective/Incorrect Items): As stated above, if the return is due to our error, Avioralexen covers 100% of the return shipping costs via a pre-paid label.
Customer Responsibility (Customer Remorse): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or no longer need the product, you must arrange and pay for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returns that are lost or undocumented in transit.
Restocking Fees
We believe in absolute pricing honesty. We do not charge any handling, processing, or restocking fees. All eligible, authorized returns are subject to a strict $0.00 Restocking Fee.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return package is delivered to our designated return address and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process your return within 1-3 business days.
After your return is approved, we will automatically issue a refund back to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to officially reflect on your bank statement.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing sale@avioralexen.com with your Order Number. Once this 12-hour window has passed, or if the order has already entered our immediate shipping fulfillment flow, the transaction cannot be canceled. In such cases, please receive the package and contact us to initiate a standard return upon delivery.
